Franklin County - Female client, late 50’s, no insurance or income, needed back surgery and was required to pre-pay for surgeon and hospital fees. Was rejected by Disability law firm and government agencies. Hospital financial counselors and/or hospital Medicaid vendor was unable to assist due to an over-resource condition. Client found NES to assist with her situation. NES constructed the solution for Medicaid eligibility. NES applied for Medicaid benefits to relieve her stress of medical bills. The client now has ongoing health insurance benefits with Medicaid.
